Best advice to offer those looking at being a podcast guestBe original…Know what your point of differentiation is. Be prepared; know the show you are pitching, find out things you might have in common with the host(s). Become masterful at telling short RELEVANT stories. Be gracious. Have your own platform, every show/host worth their salt is going to be doing a lot to promote your episode, you need to do 5-10X that.
